1. To avail our services, the customers have to register and login for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. All registration details would be used for serving and delivering goods to you only.
2. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis, the prices of fruits and vegetables may change on a daily basis. Even in that case, the prices at the time of ordering would be final. Even if the prices on this website are higher or lower on the time of delivery, no additional charges would be collected or refunded at the time of the delivery.
3. We are only doing delivery service. The moment an order is placed, the order is received by the seller and preparation for packing would be started. Once packed, these items cannot be resold. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled. In case of meal and other immediate edible orders, if items are not delivered within a reasonable time, it can be cancelled by informing the Customer Support Executive phone number provided to you in the order and full refund would be provided. If any fraudulent order is made by any customer with the wrong delivery address, the legal action would be taken.
4. All items would be packed by the seller and the items are delivered in packed condition. If the packing is damaged at the delivery, you can refuse to take delivery informing the Customer Support Executive over phone and full refund would be made.In the case of fruits and vegetables, items are delivered in open box delivery method and we would ensure that only fresh items are only delivered. If you find any rotten items, you can, through the delivery person return the rotten items for replacement or to part cancel the order . For the cancelled items, a refund would be made within 2-7 working days.
5. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by us for redelivery shall be claimed from you. The customer should make sure that the address at which delivery of the product ordered is correct and proper in all respects and the delivery contact phone number is responsive.
6. The customer should ensure that before placing an order, the product description of the products are read and understood properly. Neither we nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the website shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of Users’ access to, or use of, the website.
